Raju began his operating career at Intel and then was Founder & CEO of Sierra Atlantic. Seed financed by Kanwal, Sierra Atlantic grew into a best-in-class global services company acquired by Hitachi in 2011. Since then he’s been an active venture angel, financing and advising dozens of entrepreneurs many of whom have built meaningful global companies.

Raju is currently a Board member or advisor at Eltropy, Flam, GreyOrange, HealthCube, Hover, Inspirit, Khyaal, LivSYT, Modern Meadow, Quizizz, Schmooze, SciSpace, Seclore, and Unlogged. He has been a Board member or investor in Espresso Logic (ACQ: CA Technologies), Poshmark (IPO), and Redbus (ACQ: Naspers).

Raju has been a 20 year Tech Entrepreneur and in his 10 years of being a Venture Angel, he has had 30 Investments resulting in Two Exits and five 10X+ step-ups including a pending 100X+ Unicorn IPO.

Raju is a Board member of RAND Corp Center for Asia Pacific Policy, the FalconX Silicon Valley Accelerator, and EnActe Arts. Raju Co-founded the Kakatiya Sandbox, an initiative in rural Telangana (India) building an ecosystem for long-term, positive social impact. He previously served as the Chairman of BITSAA Intl., the alumni body of BITS Pilani university.
